Aria Camille Empowerment
(ACE) Program

Aria Lott was a gifted singer, songwriter, artist, entrepreneur, and special education teacher who lived boldly while navigating a lifelong battle with epilepsy. Although she sometimes needed financial assistance and access to critical resources, she never allowed adversity to define her life or diminish her commitment to helping others.

Her life inspired the creation of the TSOS “Do Good” Foundation and the Aria Camille Empowerment (ACE) Program.

The ACE Program helps students, entrepreneurs, and skilled-trade professionals with disabilities from low-to-moderate income households pursue the fullness of life. Each participant receives a $1,000 Empowerment Award and personalized wraparound support that may include mentorship, transportation assistance, food support, health and wellness resources, financial education, and professional development.

Aria’s legacy lives on through every person empowered to overcome barriers, pursue their purpose, and experience the fullness of life.

 The Soul Support Network

The Soul Support Network empowers individuals with disabilities and their caregivers through trusted information, authentic storytelling, wellness resources, and meaningful community connections.

Through the SOULdiers Standing Tall Podcast, we amplify powerful stories of resilience, achievement, and lived experience. Our “Did You Know?” educational series increases disability awareness while connecting families to practical resources and support strategies.

The network also includes the SOULdiers Support Group, a safe space for caregivers to share experiences, receive encouragement, and build lasting relationships, as well as the R.E.S.E.T. Series, which creates opportunities to pause, recharge, and strengthen mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Together, these programs ensure that individuals with disabilities and their caregivers feel informed, connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL Mental Health Awareness Walk

We are proud to host the 3rd Annual “Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL” Mental Health Awareness Walk in partnership with Uplifting People and Properties (UPP), a powerful gathering of community members, advocates, families, and changemakers committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, especially for individuals with disabilities and the caregivers who support them.

Our walk isn't just about steps, it is about visibility, healing, and hope. From shared stories to supportive hugs, every moment reminded us that mental wellness is for everyone, and no one should walk this journey alone.

Why Mental Health Matters

Mental health is just as important as physical health. When we care for our minds, we show up better for ourselves and for each other. Here are a few simple but powerful tips to nurture your mental wellness:

  • Talk about it. Silence feeds stigma. Whether you're struggling or just need someone to listen, reaching out is strength—not weakness.

  • Check in with yourself. Take 5 minutes each day to breathe deeply, reflect, or journal.

  • Get moving. Physical activity, even a short walk, can boost your mood and mental clarity.

  • Eat and sleep well. What you feed your body affects your mind. Prioritize rest and nourishment.

  • Know you’re not alone. Resources exist, and our community is here for you.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and whole. Whether you walked with us this year or are planning to join us in 2026—you are a vital part of this movement.

🧠✨ Together, we are Completely Uplifted.
