Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL
Mental Health Awareness Walk

may 31, 2026 AT Bannister Park
Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 31st as we gather at Bannister Park at 10:00 am for the second annual “Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body and SOUL” Mental Health Awareness Walk in partnership with Uplifting People and Properties (UPP), a powerful event centered on support, awareness, and community healing.
This walk highlights the mental health journeys of individuals with disabilities and their caregivers, reminding us that no one walks alone. Come out, bring your people, and take a stand for mental wellness, compassion, and connection.
Together at the “Completely Uplifted” Mental Health Awareness Walk, we will uplift, empower, connect, and support individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges, especially within the disability community.
By joining us:
🧠 You are uplifting voices that are too often unheard, breaking the silence around mental health and disability.
💪 You are empowering caregivers and individuals with disabilities to prioritize self-care and seek support without shame.
🤝 You are connecting with a community that believes in empathy, healing, and collective strength.
💚 You are supporting the journey toward mental wellness for yourself, your loved ones, and your neighbors.
As a "Completely Uplifted" community, we walk with purpose. We’re stronger together. And together, we’ll create a world where mental health is valued, visible, and supported every day.
