Aria Camille Empowerment
(ACE) Program

Aria was a gifted singer, songwriter, artist and entrepreneur with a passion for helping others. She devoted her life to teaching students with special needs while fighting a lifelong battle with epilepsy. She was an inspiration to us all. Aria never once let adversity dampen her spirit, however she did require financial assistance and access to resource in order to experience the fullness of life. That’s why the “Do Good” Foundation was formed, and in her honor, we continue.
The ACE Program was designed to support individuals, like the late Aria Lott, to pursue the fullness of life. $1,000 grants or scholarships will be awarded to high-functioning business owners or trade, high school and college students with disabilities from low-to-moderate income households. This is a personalized, holistic professional development program that provides wraparound services, including the grant or scholarship, mentorship, food donations, transportation assistance, health and wellness plans, financial literacy education, and more.

The Soul Support Network, a key initiative of TSOS "Do Good" Foundation, is dedicated to empowering and uplifting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Our comprehensive program includes the "Soul SOULdiers Standing Tall" podcast, showcasing inspiring stories of resilience and achievement.
Our "Did You Know?" educational series provides valuable information and resources to enhance awareness and understanding of various disabilities and support strategies. Additionally, the Soul SOULdiers Support Group offers a safe and supportive community for caregivers of individuals with disabilities to share experiences, seek advice, and build lasting connections.
Together, these components create a robust support system aimed at fostering inclusion, education, and empowerment.

Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL Mental Health Awareness Walk
This year, we proudly hosted our inaugural “Completely Uplifted: Mind, Body & SOUL” Mental Health Awareness Walk in partnership with Uplifting People and Properties (UPP)—a powerful gathering of community members, advocates, families, and changemakers committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, especially for individuals with disabilities and the caregivers who support them.
Our walk wasn’t just about steps—it was about visibility, healing, and hope. From shared stories to supportive hugs, every moment reminded us that mental wellness is for everyone—and no one should walk this journey alone.
💚 Stay Tuned! We’re already planning for our 2026 walk, and it promises to be even bigger, bolder, and more impactful. Be the first to hear when registration opens by joining our mailing list!
Why Mental Health Matters
Mental health is just as important as physical health. When we care for our minds, we show up better for ourselves and for each other. Here are a few simple but powerful tips to nurture your mental wellness:
-
Talk about it. Silence feeds stigma. Whether you're struggling or just need someone to listen, reaching out is strength—not weakness.
-
Check in with yourself. Take 5 minutes each day to breathe deeply, reflect, or journal.
-
Get moving. Physical activity, even a short walk, can boost your mood and mental clarity.
-
Eat and sleep well. What you feed your body affects your mind. Prioritize rest and nourishment.
-
Know you’re not alone. Resources exist, and our community is here for you.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and whole. Whether you walked with us this year or are planning to join us in 2026—you are a vital part of this movement.
🧠✨ Together, we are Completely Uplifted.
